The present invention relates to a guard rail, a guard rail constructed by a guard rail construction method, and a guard rail reinforced by a guard rail repair/reinforcement method. According to the present invention, the guard rail is reinforced so as to prevent deviation of a guard rail plate from a pillar and separation of the pillar from the ground in the event of a vehicle collision. The present invention includes roadside pillars that are planted in the ground at predetermined gaps and guard rail plates (2) that are bolt-fixed to the pillars so that road-facing inner sides of the pillars can be blocked in between. The pillar is configured as a vertically erected cylindrical pipe, and the guard rail plate includes at least one concave groove that is formed in a longitudinal direction on an outer side which is an outer side of the road. The present invention includes at least one pillar circumference fixing member that is fixed to a circumference of the pillar at a position corresponding to the concave groove, a first reinforcement wire and a second reinforcement wire that are provided to protrude forward and backward inside the respective pillar circumference fixing members, and wire connection means for tensely connecting the first reinforcement wire which protrudes forward from each of the pillars and the second reinforcement wire which protrudes backward from each of the pillars.
