Disclosed is a glass thermal transferring apparatus of a display device which is capable of adjusting glass mounting position. According to an embodiment of the present invention, as a glass thermal transferring apparatus which thermal-transfers an ink layer of a printed film to the glass by contacting and rotating a heating roll after arranging the glass to an upper part of a base unit and facing the printed film onto the glass, provided is a glass thermal transferring apparatus of a display device which is capable of adjusting glass mounting position, comprising: a glass mounting core equipped to be controllable in every direction on the front surface of a base unit, which the glass is mounted thereon; a forward-and-backward position adjustment part which controls a forward-and-backward position of the glass mounting core; and a left-and-right position adjustment part which controls a left-and-right position of the glass mounting core.
