A self-exercise device for strengthening neck deep flexor and self-exercise method using it

The present invention relates to a portable self-exercise device for strengthening a neck deep flexor, and particularly, to an exercise device installed on the shoulders of a user to strengthen a neck deep flexor, which is characterized by including supports installed on the shoulders of the user, respectively; a head and neck aligning member as a U-shaped member which has both ends each coupled to a side of the upper surface of the corresponding support; and a reference member as an L-shaped member which is coupled to a side of the head and neck aligning member such that an end of the reference member is disposed on a jaw line of the user, and the other end thereof is disposed in a region corresponding to an ear hole of the user. In addition, the present invention relates to a self-exercise method using a portable self-exercise device for strengthening a neck deep flexor, and particularly, to a self-exercise method using an exercise device installed on the shoulders of a user to strengthen a neck deep flexor, which is characterized by including (a) a step of installing a portable self-exercise device on both the shoulders of a user, wherein the portable self-exercise device includes supports installed on the shoulders of the user, respectively, a head and neck aligning member as a U-shaped member which has both ends each coupled to a side of the upper surface of the corresponding support, and a reference member as an L-shaped member, an end of which is coupled to a side of the head and neck aligning member; (b) a step of adjusting the reference member such that an end of the reference member is disposed on a jaw line of the user, and the other end thereof is disposed in a region corresponding to an ear hole of the user; and (c) a step of repeating, by the user, both pulling of the chin thereof from the end of the reference member to the neck thereof and releasing of the chin so as to exercise. The present invention relates to a portable exercise device simply installed on the shoulders of a user, and has an advantage of strengthening a neck deep flexor regardless of location.
