1. A blood pressure measurement system using an indirect method, comprising: a device for applying an external contact force to the measured artery; a pronounced arterial signs sensor recording a pronounced symptom created by blood flow and arterial wall, before, during and after receiving external contact force through the application device external contact force during obliteration of the artery; and a device for measuring and recording for the systolic and diastolic periods of the arterial cycle; characterized in that the diastolic blood pressure is measured during occlusion of the artery in the diastolic period, before the artery is fully occluded, and systolic pressure is measured during occlusion of the artery in the systolic period. 2. The blood pressure measurement system according to claim 1, further characterized in that the external contact force application device exerts a gradually varying and measurable force, independently affecting each period of the arterial cycle; and the fact that said external contact force application device is selected from an inflated cuff, a clamp, and a tip. 3. The blood pressure measuring system according to claim 1, further characterized in that the arterial expressed signs sensor comprises one sensor configured to measure the following arterial expressed signs of systolic and diastolic periods of the arterial cycle: blood flow or noise, intermittent collisions of arterial walls, blood flow velocity, fluctuations in arterial walls, hour density
