The technical result consists in the possibility of accurate assessment of the technical state of volume by hydraulic drives determining basic parameters regulated by the manufacturer in terms of production of repair. To achieve the technical result, the device comprises a motor with a drive shaft for connecting a shaft of the test of the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic system having a hydraulic reservoir, the suction line, control drainage, drainage and discharge, the electromagnetic powder brake is rigidly connected to the shaft of the test motor, and flow set in the discharge lines and connected to the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor.
