DEVICE OF AUTOMATED CONTROL OF TECHNICAL CONDITION OF A HYDRAULIC DRIVE

A device for automated control of the technical condition of a hydraulic actuator belongs to the field of technical diagnostics of hydraulic actuators for any purpose. The device comprises a housing with internal compartments and magnets fixed on the outside. The compartments are equipped with an electronic control and data processing unit, a power source for the specified unit in the form of a battery with a charge and recharge control system and at least two pressure sensors connected to the electronic control and data processing unit. The ends of the pressure sensors are installed in the through holes of the housing and are made with a thread for fastening the microhoses connecting these sensors with the control points of the hydraulic actuator. Four keys of the data input interface for pressure, fluid flow rate, rotation of the hydraulic pump shaft of the hydraulic actuator and temperature of the fluid, and connectors for connecting external flow sensors of the fluid, temperature sensor, and a sensor are mounted on the device’s body and similarly on the front panel of the electronic control and data processing unit speed of the hydraulic pump shaft. The body of the device and the front panel of the electronic control and processing unit are made with an interface connector for connecting a module for transmitting diagnostic parameters to a computer. The device allows to diagnose hydraulic drives of complex structure, provides high information content and reliability of diagnostic parameters. 4 s.p. f-ly, 3 ill.
