The invention relates to devices for accumulation of cold strengthening frozen grounds and cooling is applied to reinforce dams, piers and the bases of various structures. Device for cold accumulation comprises partially immersed into the soil (1) casing (2) filled with a refrigerant, and a device to control depressurization device (3) forming the top of a sealed reference container (4) filled with the same refrigerant as the bottom portion of the casing (2). Device for the control of depressurization device (3) comprises a flexible membrane sealingly secured (5) to which is rigidly attached through the rod (6) the spring (7) and the contact system (8) (normally open contact devices). The device also comprises a rigid non-conductive perforated partition (9) connected to a lower end of the spring (7). A utility model allows early detection of seal failure and prevent the destruction of the reinforcing structure. 3 yl.
