The frame is a structure in which the ends of cross members rigidly interconnected with the longitudinal members or directly to the side members. Contact jaw grounding rail attached to the frame on the side of the placement base insulators in the second crosspiece and below the attachment of the supporting insulators to this crosspiece. Supporting insulators on the second crossbar, and additional insulators are arranged obliquely toward the support insulators on the first cross member.
