The second cross member secured at least two supporting insulators, on the upper free end of each of which is mounted movably in the form of a bus bar of the movable contact blade having a contact pad for interacting with contact jaws support insulators on the first cross member. The frame is a structure in which the ends of cross members rigidly interconnected with the longitudinal members or directly to the side members. Contact jaw grounding rail attached to the frame on the side of the placement base insulators in the second crosspiece and below the attachment of the supporting insulators to this crosspiece. Supporting insulators on the second crossbar, and additional insulators are arranged obliquely toward the support insulators on the first cross member. The drive is designed to move the movable contact blade in the vertical plane from the position placing said contact pad in contact knife jaws in position placing pad of said blade in jaws contact a ground bus.
