FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of preserves "Stewed kidneys with beans and mushrooms". The method is as follows: at first pork kidneys are cut and fried in melted fat. Ceps are cut and blanched. Green beans and greens are cut and frozen. Then ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. The listed components are mixed with sour cream, salt and black hot pepper. Then the produced mixture and drinking water are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
