FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: effective statics of the locomotor apparatus in young and adult individuals suffering lumbar dorsopathy is corrected by doing corrective exercises based on three-staged proprioceptive neuromuscular activation using an isometric pull-down machine along the lines of muscular kinematic linkages. All the stages involve doing the exercises of oblique crunches and body stretching in the antigravity position at a certain weight from upper and lower extremities equal to the natural patient's body weight. At the first stage, the weight is equal to the body weight; the weight at the second stage is the double body weight; the third stage uses the triple body weight.
