The staircase (3) has a chassis (28), which is mounted under a platform (1). Swing arms (5a,5b) are provided with a constant horizontal position stair step (4a), where a rotary bearing (23) is attached on one layer of constant horizontal position stair step (4b). A pivot head is swiveled by using an active cylinder (6), and is provided with swing-conductor elements, which are connected by a hinge. One conductor element results in positively controlled, high swing towards another conductor element, when in contact with a bracket.
