The disk mill has a mill casing (1), which has a miller (2) with a fixed milling disk and a drivable milling disk, which stand opposite leaving a mill gap. A milling shaft is provided, to which a retainer for the driven milling disk is attached and which is mounted in a sliding-ball bearing that is axially relocatable relative to the mill casing. A machine frame (5) is provided, at which the mill casing with the milling shaft mounted in it and a fixed sliding part (42) of a slide (4) are fixed.
