The arrangement has an air passage arranged at a roof liner (4) such that a sensor device (1) is subjected with an airflow (6) over the air passage for cooling process. The sensor device is arranged at the roof liner or in a region of the roof liner of a vehicle roof (5) in a vehicle inner space. An air line device is arranged in a vehicle column (8) such that the air is brought into the inner space of the vehicle roof. The air line device is connected with a ventilation system (7) of a vehicle (2). An independent claim is also included for a method for cooling a sensor device.
