Laminate of a transparent substrate, which is coated with at least one organic transparent coating, is claimed, where: the coating comprises a crosslinked polymer comprising elements of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen; the ratio of atomic concentration (alpha) between oxygen and carbon is 0.2-1 and the ratio of atomic concentration (beta) between hydrogen and oxygen is 0.5-10; and the coating has infrared-active hydroxy (HO)-oscillations at wave number of 4800-5300 cm - 1 and 3600-3200 cm - 1 and a refractive index of 1.2-2. Laminate of a transparent substrate, which is coated with at least one organic transparent coating, is claimed, where: the coating comprises a crosslinked polymer comprising elements of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen; the ratio of atomic concentration (alpha) between oxygen and carbon is 0.2-1 and the ratio of atomic concentration (beta) between hydrogen and oxygen is 0.5-10; the coating has infrared-active hydroxy (HO)-oscillations at wave number of 4800-5300 cm - 1 and 3600-3200 cm - 1, a refractive index of 1.2-2, a transmission of greater than 80%, an extinction coefficient of = 0.1 and a contact angle for water of = 80[deg] ; and the polymer comprises alkyleneoxy structural units of formula (-CH 2-O-CH 2-), (-CH 2-CH 2-O-) or (-O-CH 2-) and repulsive interactions with polar macromolecular compounds. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a laminate of the substrate, which is coated on the organic transparent coating using pulsed plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition by plasma polymerization, comprising fragmentation of a polyether as a precursor in plasma and recombination of the reactive fragments on the substrate surface of the polymer, where the repulsive interaction of the polymer is adjusted with polar macromolecules having a pulse power of greater than 100 W, the ratio of the pulse interval to gas exchange time is greater than 0.0015 to less than 100 and average power density of 0.0001-500 W/cm 3.
