The shaft element is freely rotatable in the handle element, when locking mechanism is in a released state. Two sensing elements (11a,11b) are arranged at opposite ends in the handle element. The shaft element is arranged centrally between the sensing elements. The locking mechanism is moved into the shared state by pressing one of two sensing elements.
