One aspect of the present invention relates to a method for producing metal nanoparticles with a core-shell structure with a good oxidation stability, wherein said method comprising the steps of: heating and stirring a nuclear-metal precursor, mixing a shell-metal precursor with the heated and stirred nuclear-metal precursor and heating and stirring of the mixed metal-vorproduktlösungen and irradiating the heated and stirred with radioactive rays metal precursor solutions. Thus, because the yield by means of a simple and environmentally friendly process can be maximized, in which no chemical reducing agent is used, no process for removing a added reducing agent is required, and because there is no heat post-treatment of the particles is carried out, a simple and highly economical manufacturing process is obtained.
