The system (2) has steering device (4) that is provided with transmission unit (10) for transmitting steering movement of steering column (6) on track rod (8). An electric drive unit (12) drives the steering device, and sensor assembly (14) detects force, torque, displacement, and rotation angle of steering device. A control unit (16) controlling electric drive unit is connected to sensor assembly for receiving sensor signal. The sensor assembly has measurement sensor (24) that is mounted on portion of steering device, and introduced into housing (18) of control unit.
