Nasal preparation comprises: 0.5-4 wt.% of mineral salt having at least 70 wt.%, based on the salt mixture, of sodium chloride salt as a main active ingredient comprising table salt, rock salt and sea salt different origin; 56.5-84.5 wt.% of water; 6-20 wt.% of one or more alcohols comprising ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and/or glycerol; 6-20 wt.% of one or more poloxamer surfactants (polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block polymers) with an average molar mass of 1800-18000 g/mole; and 0-5 wt.% of additives, where a weight ratio of the poloxamers and the alcohol is 1.3:1-1:1. Nasal preparation comprises: 0.5-4 wt.% of mineral salt having at least 70 wt.%, based on the salt mixture, of sodium chloride salt as a main active ingredient comprising table salt, rock salt and sea salt different origin; 56.5-84.5 wt.% of water; 6-20 wt.% of one or more alcohols comprising ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and/or glycerol; 6-20 wt.% of one or more poloxamer surfactants (polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block polymers) with an average molar mass of 1800-18000 g/mole; and 0-5 wt.% of additives comprising essential oils, water-soluble vitamins, enzymes, proteins and zinc salts, other H-regulators, preserving agents, and/or consistency agents, where a weight ratio of the poloxamers and the alcohol is 1.3:1-1:1. An independent claim is included for spay- or spray applicator comprising 10-100 ml of the preparation.
