The glass run guide (4) has a casing portion (11) comprising a base bottom portion (17) attached to vehicle interior and exterior side wall portions (18,19). The vehicle interior design lip (14) and vehicle-exterior design lip (15) are extended in the direction of an outer side of the casing portion. The vehicle inner and outer connection portions (22,23) having respective connection side sections (22a-22c,23a-23c), are configured to connect base bottom portion with vehicle interior and exterior side wall portions respectively on outer circumferential side of door frame (2). The casing portion is pressed into a gap between a vehicle-inner flange (33) and vehicle-outer flange (34), so that the vehicle-inner flange and vehicle-outer flange are engaged with vehicle interior and exterior design lips.
