The extrusion tool (100) has nozzle assembly (10) that is provided with internal flow channel that extends from inlet opening to outlet opening (15). A cooling plate unit (20) is connected to nozzle assembly via connecting elements (31), and downstream of cooling plate unit is provided with passage channel (25) for forming surfaces of plastic sheet profile. The connecting element is located away from outlet opening, and rear portion of nozzle assembly is adjusted. Several spacer elements (33,34) are arranged in air gap between nozzle assembly and cooling plate unit.
