The device (1) has a parallelepiped case (3) comprising an open face (5) and a rotary support (4) placed in the case. The support has a solid wall and an open housing (8) for an object. The support is mounted to pivot around an axis (XX) centered with respect to the support in order to occupy a closed position in which the solid wall seals the open face of the case and an open position in which the object is introduced in the open housing. A spiral spring rotates the support, and a locking lever is mounted to move near a rotary base secured to the support.
