The invention relates to a box for the packaging and presentation of packages. The purpose of the invention is to produce a box simultaneously providing the protection of the package, its presentation and its display, whilst facilitating the grasping of the bottle contained inside. This purpose is achieved by means of a box, characterised in that it is constituted from two telescopic sections, the external section forming a sleeve being provided with at least one closing device, one or the other of these sections comprising a lid constituted by at least one covering flap, this flap being able to occupy two positions, one "closed" position when the two, internal and external, constituent sections of the box are separated and one "separated" position when the said sections are retracted.
