The section (1) of pipe comprises a casing (3) in which the fluid to be transported flows. An electrical heating system comprises electric wires (4) arranged around casing and intended to be powered, through connection elements (21,22) to connect electric wires joined together. The wires are powered by electric supply. The wires are arranged in set (9) of groups (10a-10c) where each is intended to be supplied by distinct phase. The heating system comprises connecting units (7) to perform connection and linking together electric wires of each of groups. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) fluid transport pipe; and (2) laying method for hydrogen transport pipe.
