The valve (1) has a movable core (3) moved axially relative to a fixed core (9) by action of force of a magnetic field generated by a coil (5) present in the fixed core to regulate passage of flow of fluid. An elastic unit i.e. elastic spring (6), acts on the movable core and forms a stop unit with the fixed core and a regulating part. The regulating part is adjustably coupled in position in the fixed core. The part has a traverse opening in which a ferromagnetic material element is inserted. Position adjustment units are provided between the part and the element. The element is placed axially relative to the movable core.
