The vehicle has a canopy support formed by parallel articulated support arms (31) arranged laterally in a luggage compartment. A canopy (20) is fixed horizontally between the arms. Each of the arms is articulated on a horizontal axle (34) at half height of the luggage compartment and pivots between a top position in which the canopy is in top utilization position and a bottom position in which the canopy is in bottom storage position. A balancing mechanism of the canopy includes crossed cables between the arms for parallelizing pivoting movement of the arms.
