Use of equivalent skin or reconstructed skin expressing neuropeptide Y (NPY) receptors for detecting a NPY ligand and/or a modulating agent for producing of NPY and/or modulating agent endogenous ligands and/or NPY receptor at a cell surface, is claimed. ACTIVITY : Dermatological; Antipsoriatic; Keratolytic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : NPY receptor agonist.
