The device has a gripping element (EP) and a disposable extractor end (EX) cooperated with each other. The element is reusable in an indefinite manner and dependant on its material, composition and manufacturing. The end is disposable after each use and multipliable without limit according to uses and lifetime of the device. The end has a cylindrical part secured or co-operated with a sampling head to scrape an auditory canal, to take off cerumen from walls of the canal and to retain the cerumen inside the head to extract the cerumen from the canal and ear.
