The element (1) i.e. beam (2), has a power supply device (3), and a lighting device (4). The lighting device is arranged to produce a lighting directed opposite to the beam and toward volume to be illuminated. The lighting device is powered electrically by the power supply device, where the beam is made of thermally conducting material e.g. metal such as steel. The lighting device is connected to the beam so as to transfer a portion of the heat released by the lighting device through thermal conduction, where the beam serves as a heat dissipator. An independent claim is also included for a framework structure of building.
