The device has transparent elements (1002.1-1002.4) with a transparent substrate on which lighting elements i.e. red, green and blue LEDs, are arranged. Power supply of the LEDs takes place over conducting paths on the transparent substrate. The conducting paths are made of electrically conducting and power transmission layers. The transparent substrate is made of glass i.e. lime-soda glass, and disposed over connections for the power supply and/or controlling the lighting elements over the conducting paths. The transparent elements are provided with a disk e.g. glass ceramic disk.
