The system has a series of pipes (2) assembled end to end by junctions articulated with joints, where the pipes and the junctions internally define a conduit for continuous circulation of fluid conveyed and filtered during its passage through the pipes. An internal seal and an external seal (42) are arranged along the conduit at the junctions to be held in axial compression by clamping the junctions. A final junction is placed at one end of the sequence of pipes, where the external seal is placed on an external surface of the final junction. An independent claim is also included for a drilling assembly.
