The mechanism (1) has multiple coaxial cams (18) stacked with a cam part. A main cam (22) is rotated by a secondary cam (20). The cams are rotated relative to a frame about an axis (A) formed between a nominal position and an actuated position. A first biasing unit biases the cam part in the nominal position. A second biasing unit maintains the main cam against a secondary lock (8) in a nominal position. An angular deflection unit is arranged relative to the coaxial cams such that each cam is independently moved in a rotation direction.
