PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inspection of the short-circuited area of micro wiring formed on both sides of touch sensor film at a relatively low cost.SOLUTION: In a thermocamera portion 3, a probe 17 supplies electric current to first electrode wiring 73 and first connecting wire 75 formed on the front surface of touch sensor film 51, and second electrode wiring 77 and second connecting wire 79 formed on the rear surface of the touch sensor film 51 in different patterns. One thermocamera 19 is arranged on the front surface side of the touch sensor film 51 and captures images of the temperature distribution of the first electrode wiring 73, the first connecting wire 75, the second electrode wiring 77 and the second connecting wire 79. A thermocamera control unit 39 identifies the short-circuit area on the basis of temperature distribution information from the thermocamera 19.
