PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single crystal diamond cutting blade tool that can cut a deep groove whose depth is three times or more of the width thereof and has excellent productivity, and a manufacturing method for the same as well as a manufacturing method for a diffraction grating for an X-ray talbot interferometer.;SOLUTION: A single crystal diamond cutting blade tool 200, which is used in manufacturing a diffraction grating for an X-ray talbot interferometer, comprises: a rake face 201 that rakes up chips of a work material; first flank faces 203 and 204 that are side faces adjacent individually to the rake face; a front flank face 205 that is adjacent to the rake face and opposite to a cut face of the work material; a front cutting edge 210 formed at a boundary between the rake face and the front flank face; and two first cutting edges 213 and 214 formed at a boundary between the rake face and the first flank faces. An interval W2 between the first flank faces is equal to or less than a width W1 of the front cutting edge, and a length L of the first flank face from the front cutting edge is three times or more of the width of the front cutting edge along a direction perpendicular to a cutting face S of a work material 500.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
