PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reduction in noise, which is leaked to the side of a private house from a soundproof wall opening, by arranging a sound-absorbing cover on an H-shaped steel support at a terminal end of the soundproof wall opening.;SOLUTION: A transparent resin sound-insulation plate 8 or a steel plate sound-insulation plate 11 is arranged on an H-shaped steel support 2 at a terminal end of a soundproof wall opening in such a manner that three pieces constituting a square cylinder are made of a translucent film-vibration acoustic board 7 or an aluminum-fiber porous acoustic board 10 and that corner parts are diagonally connected on the inside thereof, and an internal sound-absorbing material 6 is internally provided.
