PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a sentence-end expression corresponding to a dialogue act kind to be extracted for every dialogue act kind.SOLUTION: A sentence-end expression is extracted from a dialogue text by a sentence-end expression extraction part 24 with respect to each of a plurality of dialogue texts to which kinds of dialogue act representing intentions of utterances are imparted. A characteristic sentence-end expression extraction part 26 extracts a sentence-end expression for expressing a dialogue act kind from the sentence-end expression extracted from the dialogue text to which dialogue act kinds are imparted for every dialogue act kind on the basis of a rate of appearance of the sentence-end expression in the dialogue text to which dialogue act kinds are imparted and a rate of appearance of the sentence-end expression in a dialogue text to which dialogue act kinds different from the dialogue act kinds are imparted.
