PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a draw model in which layout design of a transport device is possible immediately after completion of design of a production shape design, at higher speed.;SOLUTION: A draw model creation system 1 calculates intersection coordinates between a normal line of feature points 101 of a plane grating 10 and shape data, and creates a draw model which is subjected to polygonization by connecting the plural intersection coordinates. In particular, an arithmetic amount estimation part 413 calculates an arithmetic amount for creating the draw model, and an area division part 414 divides an area of the plane grating 10 so that the arithmetic amount is equalized by a predetermined parallel number. A draw model creation part 43 performs polygonization for every divided area, and creates a partial polygon corresponding to the divided area.
