PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet and an optical waveguide including the adhesive sheet that achieve adhesion of the optical waveguide to another adherend while increasing visibility through the optical waveguide, a photo-electric hybrid board showing good visibility of an electric wiring board through the optical waveguide, a method for manufacturing the photo-electric hybrid board by which an accurate work or the like can be performed on the optical waveguide while referring the electric wiring board, and an optical module and electronic equipment with high reliability including the above photo-electric hybrid board.SOLUTION: A photo-electric hybrid board 100 includes an optical waveguide 1, an electric wiring board 5 layered above the optical waveguide, and a cured product 9 of an adhesive sheet interposed between and adhering the optical waveguide 1 and the electric wiring board 5. The cured product 9 of an adhesive sheet is a sheet essentially comprising a thermosetting resin, and has a total ray transmittance of 40 to 98% measured in accordance with JIS K 7105 and a refractive index of 95 to 105% of the refractive index of the core 14.
