PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change train information displaying a measure procedure easily in a short time when changing the measure procedure at the time of a failure of a railway vehicle.;SOLUTION: A train management device 10 comprises: storage means for storing catalog information that defines parts for displaying each measure of a measure procedure which shows a time-sequence arrangement of a plurality of measures corresponding to a failure, and updatable parameter information which shows the arrangement sequence of each measure of the measure procedure and the configuration of the parts; reception means for receiving the updated parameter information from a terminal device 60; update means for updating the stored parameter information from the received parameter information; acquisition means for acquiring equipment state information from equipment state detection means for detecting a state of equipment of a railway vehicle; and display control means for creating check list screen information including the measure procedure by using the stored catalog information and the parameter information and making a display operation device 20 display the check list screen information, when the acquired equipment state information indicates the occurrence of the failure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
