PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a complex type hollow container in which bond strength between a resin member and a metal member can be improved.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a complex type hollow container includes: a surface treatment process in which a plurality of fine recess parts are formed on a surface of a metal member 30 including a base plate 21; a resin layer forming process in which thermoplastic resin is coated at least on a portion to which the surface treatment process was performed to form a thermoplastic resin layer 23; and a bonding process in which heat is generated in an abutting part J1 between the thermoplastic resin layer 23 and the resin member 2 to weld them, in which the resin member 2 has a bottom part 11 and a frame-like side wall part 12 provided for the bottom part 11 in an erected manner. In the surface treatment process, surface treatment is performed at least to a peripheral part of the base plate 21, and in the bonding process, the abutting part J1 between the thermoplastic resin layer 23 formed in the peripheral part and the side wall part 12 are welded by friction pressure welding in which the metal member 30 with resin and the resin member 2 are pressed in a direction of making the members closely adhere with each other while having them perform relative and linear reciprocating-motion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
