PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product such as baked confectionery, using lotus powder which rarely causes allergy.;SOLUTION: A main material which contains lotus powder and an auxiliary material which contains at least liquid are mixed to make a mixture. The mixture is heated and kneaded, so that the starch component of the lotus powder is gelatinized.
