PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase change heat dissipation device of simple structure having advantages of high heat dissipation efficiency, and the like, in which evaporation of cooling fluid is promoted by atomizing the cooling fluid effectively.;SOLUTION: A phase change heat dissipation device includes a base section including a plurality of conductive members, a lid including an inlet connecting section fitted to the base section so as to form a housing chamber therebetween and connected with a fluid transportation pipe, and an outlet connecting section connected with a vapor transportation pipe, and an atomization member connected with the inlet connecting section and located between the fluid transportation pipe and the housing chamber. The plurality of conductive members are arranged in the housing chamber to stretch in the direction of the cover. The cooling fluid in the fluid transportation pipe enters the housing chamber via the atomization member, to form a thin layer of liquid on the inner wall surface of the housing chamber and the outer wall surface of the plurality of conductive members, and the thin layer of liquid evaporates after heat absorption and flows out through the vapor transportation pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
