PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable load distribution by changing a flow path for a destination address definition flow.;SOLUTION: A flow path change calculation device 1 acquires information of a flow defined on the basis of a destination address and determines a change target flow and its change destination path so as to decrease the maximum link use rate of a network. At this time, the flow path change calculation device 1 selects flows that satisfy all the following conditions: the flow selection condition (A) "a link having the maximum link use rate shall not be passed through"; the flow selection condition (B) "the maximum link use rate of the whole network shall be decreased by changing the route; and the flow selection condition (C) "an output IF shall be uniquely determined per destination address on a transfer table of each node", and calculates a flow whose maximum link use rate becomes minimum among these selected flows and a change destination path thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
