PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bankbook management system, an electronic bankbook management method, and a program which are capable of registering a coupon not received by a customer during transaction execution and of transmitting the coupon in response to access from an electronic bankbook function operating in a terminal of the customer.SOLUTION: The electronic bankbook management system includes: an unreceived coupon registration unit which, if a customer does not receive a coupon issued in accordance with the execution of a transaction when the transaction is executed, registers the coupon with a server as an unreceived coupon; and an electronic bankbook management unit which transmits the unreceived coupon for the customer to an information processing terminal of the customer in accordance with access from an electronic bankbook function operating in the information processing terminal.
