PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionization probe for preventing exposure of a tip part whose temperature has become high.;SOLUTION: An air cylinder 30 for inputting or outputting a rod 31 is attached to an ionization interface unit 12, and a recessed hole 21 engageable with the rod 31 is disposed in an ionization probe 20. The ionization probe 20 is actuated in an inserted state into the ionization interface unit 12. A high-temperature assist gas is supplied to the tip of the ionization probe 20. During the supply, the pressure in a gas passage 50 increases, the air cylinder 30 pushes out the rod 31 to engage it with the recessed hole 21, thereby locking the fixation of the ionization probe 20 to the ionization interface unit 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
