PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell peeling device, a cell peeling method, and a cell culture system which are capable of easily peeling adherent cultured cells from a foothold culture medium, such as carrier for proliferation, with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A cell peeling device comprises: a peeling tank 2; a culture medium supply line 3 which supplies culture medium 14 containing a carrier attached with cells into the peeling tank; a peeling liquid supply line 5 which supplies peeling liquid to the peeling tank; a filter 9 which is provided in a lower part of the peeling tank and has mesh larger than the cells and smaller than the carrier; a waste liquid line 6 connected to the peeling tank below the filter; and a shaking mechanism 8 which oscillates the peeling tank, in which the peeling liquid 12 is supplied from the peeling liquid supply line into the peeling tank from which the culture medium is discharged via the waste liquid line, the shaking mechanism oscillates the peeling tank, and allows the carrier to flow to peel the cells.
