PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a usable state to be reached as early as possible when turning on/off operation for a power source is made, even if an application that operates in cooperation with a basic software is used.SOLUTION: A game facility apparatus includes: a function control part for controlling a process related to a part of function by using an application that operates in cooperation with a basic software; and a power source switch which accepts input of a signal that indicates turning on/off of a power source which is supplied from outside. The function control part includes an initializing part which, according to an accumulated frequency at which a power source switch accepts input of the signal indicating turning off of a power source within a predetermined time period, executes any one of initialization of the data related to a part of function, initialization of an application including initialization of data, and initialization of a basic software including initialization of the data and application. The initializing part executes initialization whose process load is equivalent to or larger than the initialization executed when the accumulated frequency is smaller by only one.
