PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve a green food product, while keeping natural green for a long period, not deteriorating flavor, and leaving tasty constituents.;SOLUTION: A container-packed green food product is formed in such a way that, in an air-tightly sealed pellucid container on markets, and in the state of containing substantially no air, there are filled up a green food product and a pellucid stock solution containing a metal-organic-compound-coloring-matter-containing amino acid which contains at least one metal of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mg, Se, Mo, Cr, Mn, and Ni, and an organic compound coloring matter showing yellow and an amino acid, and which is formed by chemically bonding the metal, the organic compound coloring matter, and the amino acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
