PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for separating flesh of a seeded fruit from a seed, the seeded fruit that forms a three layer structure of the seed, flesh and skin such as peach.;SOLUTION: A device comprises: a plate-like cutter 2 comprising a curved part 2a of a circular arc-shape having substantially the same curvature radius as the curvature radius of an equator part in a sectional contour passing a seed central axis when a seed suture line is made the front, and a straight part 2b ranging substantially on an extension line of a string of the curved part in the one end; and a handle 3 ranging on the same axis as the straight part. The device is configured such that saw-tooth blades are provided on both sides of the cutter, and the cross section of the curved part comes into abutment with the seed and the flesh having substantially the same curvature radius as the seed curvature radius of the direction moving so as to facilitate the movement of the cutter is separated from the seed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
