PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hammering device for an electrical dust collector which can maintain a hammering capacity at a low cost, and an electrical dust collector.;SOLUTION: A hammering device A for an electrical dust collector includes: a hammer 11 for striking an object B to be hammered; a hammer shaft 12 to which the hammer 11 is attached; and a drive mechanism 20 which normally rotates the hammer shaft 12 and lifts the hammer 11. The hammer 11 is dropped by a self-weight thereof after being lifted by the drive mechanism 20 and strikes the object B to be hammered, and the drive mechanism 20 has a function of compulsorily performing reverse rotation of the hammer shaft 12 when the hammer shaft 12 is not reversely rotated by the self-weight of the hammer 11. Even if the hammer shaft is not reversely rotated by the self-weight of the hammer 11 since dusts enter and adhere in a clearance between the hammer shaft 12 and a bearing 13, reverse rotation of the hammer shaft 12 is compulsorily performed by the drive mechanism 20, and consequently, sticking of the dusts can be dissolved and prevented, whereby hammering capacity of the hammering device A can be maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
