CASTING SAND FILLING METHOD USING VIBRATION TABLE AND CASTING SAND FILLING DEVICE FOR THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To index a position of gravity where is a center of vibration, to control phase difference of left and right vibration motors properly, for applying preferable circular vibration (including vibration drawing oval and long circle) to a casting sand.;SOLUTION: Provided is a casting sand filling method using a vibration table for controlling a vibration direction by phase difference of unbalance weights of vibration motors on left and right positions. A supplement angle is indexed from calculation of a position of gravity by weight detection of the vibration table, then the phase difference of the left and right vibration motors is fitted to the supplement angle, for applying proper vibration to the casting sand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
